The 4th of September has finally arrived, as much as I want to start my journey it’s almost come too soon. Last minute running around and goodbye and I should be at the airport by 1.30pm
So many different thoughts flitting through my mind – Have I paid all the accounts, has my husband got everything on his long list, have the kids all been briefed, has Gary at Cane Cutters got all the info he needs, have I got money in the correct accounts, have I packed everything in my 32l bag (no space for a fly) where will I sleep on Thursday night. The list is endless and its like a movie playing in my mind, over and over and over.
Its time to take a deep breath, close my eyes and shut out the noise, that after all is what this trip is all about, my journey of the soul. What is my real purpose on this magnificent planet and how do I go about fulfilling my life’s contract to the best of my abilities?
To my very, very special family for making this all possible, I can never thank you enough and will carry you in my heart every step of the way. A huge thank you to all my friends who have been so supportive in so many different ways. T Dr Cooppan for strengthening me up and motivating me to make this trip. To the strangers that have stopped me in the street and given me encouragement, you have all been a part of my soul’s journey, and I thank you
So, when you hear from me again my adventure would have begun, sit back relax and wait for it all to unfold.
